Cultural activities

Cultural Activities play an important role in life here at Ursula Hall. Throughout the year many cultural events, both inter- and intra-Hall, are organised by residents, and they make living here at Ursula a lot of fun!

Some inter-Hall arts events that occur include Theatre Sports, Public Speaking, Debating, Trivia Night and Talent Night. For those more musically talented, a Battle of the Bands is a great way to get together with fellow residents to show your skill.

Each year, Hall members get together to perform a play for their fellow residents. In recent years, plays have included The Bourgeois Gentleman, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, A Midsummer Night's Dream and Dad & Dave.

An International Night for our International Students is organised each year and is a night to remember for all who participate. This is a chance for students to share their customs and foods.

At Ursula Hall we have our own magazine committee, and each year we release a yearbook (Bearphax) that chronicles our memories for the future!

Our cultural activities make life here at Ursula enjoyable for everyone - and anyone can get involved!
